Proxy Purchase Notice & Terms

Terms of Service

  • For purchases on personal auction or second-hand market platforms, customers must consider the quality of goods and associated risks themselves.
  • We provide instant-purchase (buy-it-now) services for personal auction websites only; we do not offer bidding services.
  • For purchases from ZOZOTOWN (zozo.jp), an additional ¥700 surcharge applies per order.
  • Once an item has been purchased, cancellations or changes—including colour, size, and quantity—cannot be accepted. Please review your request carefully before confirming and paying.
  • All quotations are valid for 48 hours from the time they are issued.
  • Shipping fees shown in a quotation are estimates. We will reconfirm or adjust the amount before dispatch, including any additional payment or refund required for the difference.
  • If a purchase cannot be completed for any reason, we will arrange a full refund to your local account.
  • We provide Japanese proxy-shopping, receiving, and logistics services only. We do not inspect goods and cannot guarantee how logistics companies handle parcels. Where an issue is not caused by an order-placement error on our side, the customer is responsible for resolving it.
  • Customers are responsible for any local tax or special fee arising from imported goods.
  • Except where a purchase cannot be completed, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available. We purchase, make customs declarations, and transport items on your behalf from the webpage you provide; customers are responsible for any issue with the goods.
  • We may decline to quote or reply if an item breaches these terms or cannot be shipped to the destination, for example because of its volume, weight, or prohibited or dangerous nature.
  • You must agree to these terms before using our service.

Product and Logistics

  • We cannot provide service for items prohibited or classed as dangerous for international mail. See the Japan Post international-mail restrictions.
  • Items whose packaged dimensions exceed 150 cm in total, or whose weight exceeds 15 kg, require a separate quotation.
  • To offer competitive logistics charges, we work with different logistics companies; parcel tracking may not always be available.
